Terms of Service for The Barnyard Sensory Gym

• Gym Rules: All guests must follow posted safety signs and verbal instructions from staff. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without a refund if their behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
• Socks Policy: For hygiene and safety, clean grip socks are required for all participants in the sensory gym play area.

• ROLLER Software: All bookings, memberships, and gift cards are processed through ROLLER Software.

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking. By providing payment information, you authorize our third-party processor to charge the total amount to your card.

• Individual & Group Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a non-refundable charge of the full session fee
• No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a full charge of the booking amount

• Decision Timing: For predicted storms, we aim to make a decision by 8:00 AM the morning of (or the night before) to notify families in advance.

• Communication: Closures are typically announced via our website, email, and social media (Facebook/Instagram).
• Safety Precaution: We may choose to close early or remain closed to prevent families from traveling in dangerous conditions, even if the facility is technically operational.
• Rescheduling: If we close the facility, we will work with you to reschedule your session to another date and time within the same calendar month.

• Requirement: A valid, signed digital waiver is required for every participant (minor and adult) before entering the gym.

• Accuracy: You agree that all information provided in the waiver is accurate and that you are the legal guardian or authorized adult for any minors listed

• Sick Policy: Please do not visit if you or your child have had a fever or contagious symptoms within the last 24 hours.

• Risk: While we sanitize equipment regularly, guests use the facility at their own risk.

• Inherent Risk: You acknowledge that active play involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Barnyard Sensory Gym and its staff are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property
